    • Strength: Ollie has shown great initiative and effectiveness in moving our Unified HMI Active initiative forward. He has collaborated with RD Covariant and Tristan Covariant in initiating a comprehensive code audit and planning sprints for enhancing our HMI framework.
- Strength: In handling challenges faced by the Kitting engineering team, Ollie demonstrated effective organization and problem-solving skills. His creation of issue trackers in JIRA and Airtable helped improve the team's ability to track and prioritize issues, significantly enhancing technical execution.

    • Strength: Ollie’s peers have noted his commitment to collaboration, enthusiasm in leading retrospectives, and strong project management skills, praising his balance between motivating the team and handling customer pressures adeptly.
